Risks · 10
- 01Of the 1,915 channel partners, 1,427 are in southern India, so a weak market there would hit sales.
- 02Of FY2026 revenue from operations, Rs 25.27 crore, or 12.84%, came from a one time aluminium rod trade, so the 37.94% growth may not repeat.
- 03The top five dealers and distributors gave 32.19% of revenue in FY2026, up from 17.25% in FY2025 and 12.54% in FY2024.
- 04Top ten suppliers accounted for 67.67% of material purchases in FY2026, and overseas purchases from China and Vietnam were 31.51%.
- 05PVC wires and tapes and lighting solutions together gave 75.53% of FY2026 revenue from operations, and the Delhi, Vasai and Ghaziabad plants support them.
- 06The business is working capital heavy. Inventory days were 166.48 and trade receivable days 97.82 in FY2026, and operating cash flow was negative in FY2025 and FY2024.
- 07Total borrowings were Rs 73.23 crore at 31 March 2026 against a net worth of Rs 65.92 crore.
- 08The company has 8 tax proceedings against it involving Rs 94.9 lakh, and directors have 5 criminal and 40 material civil proceedings involving Rs 152.66 lakh.
- 09The Rs 62.57 crore working capital object plus unspecified general corporate purposes means the fresh money does not fund new plants.
- 10All five promoters are selling 2,20,000 shares each in the offer for sale, 11,00,000 shares in total.
