How to read this IPO summary
Price & Minimum Investment
The price band set by the company and the minimum amount you need to apply, calculated at the top of the price band — one lot for Mainboard IPOs and two lots for SME IPOs, as per exchange rules.
GMP (Grey Market Premium)
The unofficial premium at which IPO shares trade before listing. A positive GMP suggests demand, and "Est. listing" is simply issue price + GMP — indicative only, it changes frequently. Full history on our Live IPO GMP page.
Subscription
How many times the issue is booked overall — above 1x means fully subscribed. The coloured dots grade demand in each category from red (weak) up to dark green (exceptional), with cutoffs calibrated separately for Mainboard and SME using historical listing-gain data — IPOs graded light green or better have on average listed positive. GMP Trend

Issue Size
The total amount the company is raising through the IPO, in ₹ crore. Larger issues absorb more demand, so a big issue at high subscription signals much stronger interest than a small one at the same level. Allotment and listing dates are on each IPO's detail page.
