IL JIN Electronics IPO: Amber Arm Files DRHP for ₹2,500 Crore Fresh Issue

IL JIN Electronics (India) Ltd, a subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO of ₹2,500 crore. The DRHP, the draft papers a company files before an IPO, is dated 6 November 2026. The whole issue is fresh shares, so the IL JIN Electronics IPO has no offer for sale.

What is in the IPO?

DetailWhat the DRHP says
Issue size₹2,500 crore
StructureEntirely fresh issue, no OFS
Lead managersMotilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Axis Capital, Jefferies India

ParentAmber Enterprises India

Because there is no OFS, all the money goes to the company and its subsidiaries. No existing shareholder is selling.

What will the money be used for?

The company plans to repay or prepay some borrowings, with accrued interest. These loans were taken by the company and its subsidiaries Ascent Circuits and Shogini Technoarts.

The rest goes to buying plant, machinery and equipment for its factories, and to general corporate purposes. The DRHP does not give the split in the report we read.

What does the company do?

IL JIN makes electronics, from design to manufacturing. It works in four areas: electronics manufacturing services (EMS), bare printed circuit boards (PCB), power electronics and industrial automation.

It runs 11 factories, 10 in India and one in Israel. The Indian plants are in Noida, Greater Noida, Pune, Chennai, Hosur and Bengaluru. Six more factories are under construction.

How big has it grown?

FigureFY24FY26
Revenue from operations₹1,240.41 crore₹3,268.47 crore
EBITDA₹71.42 crore₹321.07 crore

Revenue grew about 2.6 times in two years. EBITDA grew about 4.5 times. These numbers are as reported by PTI from the DRHP.

What our data shows

The company is not on our IPO pages yet, as it has only filed draft papers. Ten companies have filed DRHPs so far this month, as per our tracker.

What happens next?

SEBI will now review the draft and may ask questions. That usually takes one to three months. After SEBI's nod, the company can file its RHP and announce dates and a price band. None of that has been set.

You can follow companies in this stage on our upcoming mainboard IPO page. The earlier filings are in our Sitaram Denims DRHP story. The details above come from a PTI report.
