What is the anchor lock-in?
Before an IPO opens, big investors such as mutual funds can buy a block of shares. These are the anchor investors. Their shares are locked for a set time. Half is usually freed after 30 days and the rest after 90 days. Juniper Green's remaining anchor shares are in the 90-day part.
