How much of the issue is new money?

The fresh issue is ₹275.40 crore, about 83% of the total. That money goes to the company. The remaining ₹55.08 crore is an offer for sale, where existing shareholders sell and the company receives nothing. The company has not yet been added to our page with its objects of the issue, so we are not listing them here.

What does the company do?

M.K.Sons Fine Jewels was incorporated in 2012. It sells gold, diamond and CZ jewellery through five showrooms: three in Mumbai and two in Ahmedabad. The promoters are Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani, Neelam Ramchand Raimalani and Kush Ramchand Raimalani.

Its revenue grew 53% and profit after tax grew 123% between the years ended March 2025 and March 2026, as reported from the offer document. Rupee figures were not available to us, so we do not quote them.
