What did the subscription look like?

Retail investors bid 2.71 times their quota. When a portion is oversubscribed, allotment is a lottery. Our rough estimate is that about one retail application in three gets a lot. It is an estimate, not a promise. The full day-wise numbers are in our final-day subscription story.

What our data shows

The GMP has stayed in a narrow range of ₹10 to ₹20 since 26 October. It was ₹20 on the morning of 30 October, about 6% above the issue price. The GMP is a dealer quote that no exchange publishes, so it can move before 3 November.

What is the issue made of?

The issue has a fresh part of ₹150 crore, and the rest is an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders. The company gets only the fresh money. It plans to use some of it to repay borrowings and for working capital.

The company designs and installs wastewater and solid waste treatment systems. Promoters hold 48.18% before the issue and 41.18% after it.

What happens if you do not get shares?

Your blocked UPI amount is released on 2 November. If you get shares, they reach your demat account the same day. The company's lead managers are IIFL Capital, JM Financial and Nuvama.

What happens next
