Shreeji Shipping Global OFS Opens 3 November at ₹835 Floor Price: Promoter Is Selling

Shreeji Shipping Global promoter Ashokkumar Haridas Lal is selling shares through an offer for sale (OFS) on the stock exchange. Non-retail bidding is on 3 November 2026 and retail bidding on 4 November, at a floor price of ₹835 a share.

An OFS is a quick way for a promoter to sell shares on the exchange. The company does not get the money. The seller does.

The seller is the promoter, Ashokkumar Haridas Lal. The exchange symbol is SHREEJISPG. The sale runs on NSE only.

How the two days work

Non-retail investors bid on 3 November. Retail investors bid on 4 November. Non-retail investors who did not get shares can carry their bids forward to the second day.

The seller tells the exchange after trading hours, by 5 PM on 3 November, whether it will use the extra shares. That extra part is called the green shoe, an option to sell more than the base size when bids are strong.

Why is the promoter selling?

Our OFS page says the promoter is selling to meet the minimum public shareholding rule. Listed companies in India must keep a minimum share of their equity with the public. When promoters hold too much, they sell down through a route like an OFS.

What does a floor price mean?

The floor price is the lowest price at which bids are accepted. Investors can bid at the floor or higher. The final price depends on the bids that come in on the exchange.

Can you bid in this OFS?

Retail investors can bid on the second day through their usual broker app, as in any share purchase. The retail portion is kept apart from the non-retail portion. Each portion is judged on its own bids.

What our data shows

With the extra shares, the non-retail portion can grow to about ₹327 crore at the floor price. Our page shows live bids for each day. It measures demand against the full size, extra shares included, since that is what decides allotment.

What happens next

Check the live bids on the Shreeji Shipping Global non-retail OFS page on 3 November. The retail OFS page opens for bids on 4 November. All current and upcoming sales are on our OFS page. Shares bought in an OFS reach your demat account on the normal settlement cycle for the exchange.
