Its offshore centres are in Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Salem and Trichy. It has subsidiaries and branches in Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom and South Korea. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for FY26 (year ended 31 March 2026) was ₹326,183 million, against ₹290,682 million a year earlier. Profit for the year was ₹41,022 million, against ₹36,130 million. Basic and diluted earnings per share were ₹692.11. In the standalone accounts, America brought in ₹140,376 million of revenue, UK and Europe ₹122,298 million, India ₹37,749 million and the rest of the world ₹25,759 million. Strengths

  • Revenue from operations rose to ₹326,183 million in FY26 from ₹290,682 million in FY25 on a consolidated basis, and profit for the year rose to ₹41,022 million from ₹36,130 million.
  • The balance sheet is strong. Total equity was ₹240,471 million at 31 March 2026 and current investments were ₹113,575 million, with cash and cash equivalents of ₹25,649 million.
  • The company reports no bank borrowings. Its only debt-like items are lease liabilities of ₹9,216 million non-current and ₹2,682 million current, and finance costs were just ₹898 million.
  • Cash generation backs the profit. Net cash from operating activities was ₹39,467 million in FY26 against profit of ₹41,022 million, and ₹37,622 million in FY25.
  • Revenue is spread across regions. In the standalone accounts America contributed ₹140,376 million, UK and Europe ₹122,298 million, India ₹37,749 million and the rest of the world ₹25,759 million.
  • It has a large delivery workforce of 184,787 people across 13 offshore centres in India, and is backed by the global Capgemini group, which holds all its shares.
  • It pays shareholders well. The interim dividend for FY26 was ₹456 per equity share, a total of ₹27,028 million.

Risks

  • Revenue from the parent, ultimate parent and fellow subsidiaries is booked on a cost plus mark-up basis, so a large part of the business depends on Capgemini group pricing and work allocation.
  • Most revenue comes from overseas clients. America and UK and Europe together brought in ₹262,674 million of the ₹326,182 million standalone revenue, so demand cuts or visa and policy changes in those markets would hurt.
  • Employee benefit expense was ₹243,188 million in FY26, the bulk of total expenses of ₹286,404 million. Wage inflation or attrition can squeeze margins.
  • Other income was ₹14,107 million in FY26, up from ₹9,343 million, and it is a meaningful part of the ₹53,886 million profit before tax. Treasury returns can change with interest rates.
  • Income tax assets stood at ₹23,200 million and trade receivables at ₹56,442 million at 31 March 2026. Tax disputes or slow collections could tie up cash.
  • Provisions under non-current liabilities rose to ₹5,997 million from ₹1,226 million a year earlier.
  • The group holds all the shares, so the company may be listed, merged or restructured only if Capgemini decides. There is no IPO announced and no DRHP filed.
  • Unlisted shares trade off-market with thin volume, so prices are indicative and may differ sharply from where a deal can actually be done.
