About

About Ecosure

Ecosure Pulpmolding Technologies Limited (EPTL) describes itself as India's first and largest manufacturer and exporter of non-wood, agro-based micro pulp mills, single-use fibre pulp moulded tableware, industrial packaging and medical pulp mouldedware. Its pitch is simple: replace single-use plastic with compostable products made from agricultural residue. The core business is machinery. The Greenfib agro pulp mill makes between 3 and 30 tonnes of pulp a day from bagasse, wheat straw or rice straw, using an enzyme-based process without harsh chemicals. The Intellifib stock preparation system handles bought-out pulp bales. The thermoforming range, sold as ECOSA (semi-automatic) and ECOFA (fully automatic), moulds the pulp into products. The company says its fully automatic fibre former line supports up to 20 tonnes a day of production capacity. Ecosure sells turnkey projects, which means machine design, engineering, commissioning, trials, training and client handoff, for both Indian and overseas installations. Customer testimonials on its site come from tableware and pulp product makers who bought its Indian-made machines. Beyond machines, it has moved into products through its T9Green tableware brand and an industrial packaging line. The company's website lists an EGM notice dated 17 October 2026. We could not read the notice text, and we did not find a published annual report or DRHP for the company. So we are not showing revenue, profit, share count or management details on this page. Please check filings with the Registrar of Companies before relying on any number. On IPO status, we have no linked IPO filing for Ecosure. Its unlisted shares, with ISIN INE0K3N01021, trade off-market between private buyers and sellers. The indicative price of ₹30 per share (face value ₹2, lot of 5000 shares) is a dealer-reported figure, not an exchange price, and it can differ from what a deal actually closes at.

Strengths

  • Offers a full chain from agro pulp mill to thermoforming machine, so one buyer can set up a moulded fibre plant with a single supplier. The Greenfib mill covers 3 to 30 tonnes of pulp a day.
  • Sells turnkey projects covering design, engineering, commissioning, trials and training, which can make it easier for first-time plant owners to start production.
  • Makes both semi-automatic (ECOSA) and fully automatic (ECOFA) thermoforming machines, with the fully automatic line stated to support up to 20 tonnes a day of production.
  • Uses farm residue such as bagasse, wheat straw and rice straw as raw material, which fits the push away from single-use plastic that the company cites on its website.
  • Has started selling its own products, including T9Green tableware and industrial packaging, alongside machines, which widens its sources of revenue.

Risks

  • We did not find a published annual report or DRHP, so revenue, profit, debt and cash flow could not be checked for this page. Buyers have no audited figures here to judge the business.
  • The company's own website carries unverified claims and some placeholder text, so its self-described scale should be treated with caution until audited accounts are seen.
  • Demand depends on rules against single-use plastic and on the cost of alternatives. A change in policy or enforcement could slow machine orders.
  • Machine sales are project-based and can be lumpy. A few large orders or customers could swing results from year to year.
  • Customers include small and mid-size product makers whose plans depend on funding and on how quickly they ramp up, which can delay payments or repeat orders.
  • Expansion into tableware and packaging puts the company in competition with its own machine customers and with established paper and plastic packaging firms.
  • Unlisted shares trade off-market with no exchange price discovery. The indicative price of ₹30 is dealer-reported, liquidity can be thin and exit timing is uncertain.
  • There is no confirmed IPO filing linked to this company, so there is no assurance it will ever list.
