About

About Evergreen Recyclekaro India

Evergreen Recyclekaro (India) Limited recycles electronic waste, lithium-ion batteries and catalytic converters, and recovers metals from them. It works under the Recyclekaro brand. The company was incorporated on December 20, 2010 as a private company and became a public limited company from April 1, 2025. Its registered office is in Navi Mumbai. In FY25 the company opened "Vaahan", a catalytic converter recycling facility in Noida, and launched "Reloop", a mobile app for households to hand over recyclable waste. Its e-waste processing capacity rose from 7,200 MT to 24,500 MT during the year, and lithium recycling capacity rose from 4,200 MT to 10,000 MT. It also works with IIT Kanpur on recovering graphite from black mass. The numbers below are standalone, as printed in the FY25 annual report. Revenue from operations was ₹18,369.66 lakh, against ₹9,780.95 lakh a year earlier, so it nearly doubled. Profit after tax was ₹1,892.27 lakh, against ₹800.72 lakh. Net worth stood at ₹11,216.01 lakh and total assets at ₹21,651.01 lakh on March 31, 2025. The company also has subsidiaries, including Evergreen Lithium Recycling Private Limited and Evergreen Vaahan Recycling Private Limited, and files consolidated accounts too. Rajesh Gupta is the Chairman and Managing Director and has been on the board since incorporation. Rupesh Chitte and Rajiv Sanghvi are proposed as Whole-Time Directors, and three independent directors joined the board after the year ended. The company has not filed a DRHP and IPO Guru has no IPO journey on record for it. Unlisted shares of a company like this change hands off the exchange, between private buyers and sellers, so the price on this page is indicative only. The latest indicative price here is ₹10,35,000 per share for a lot of 1 share.

Strengths

  • Revenue from operations grew to ₹18,369.66 lakh in FY25 from ₹9,780.95 lakh in FY24 on a standalone basis.
  • Profit after tax rose to ₹1,892.27 lakh in FY25 from ₹800.72 lakh in FY24, so profit grew faster than revenue.
  • Net worth was ₹11,216.01 lakh on March 31, 2025, against ₹5,184.93 lakh a year earlier, helped by fresh share issues and retained profit.
  • Cash and bank balances were ₹3,428.65 lakh at the end of FY25, against ₹28.06 lakh a year earlier, after the company raised equity and received share application money of ₹2,924.48 lakh.
  • Processing capacity was expanded in FY25: e-waste from 7,200 MT to 24,500 MT and lithium recycling from 4,200 MT to 10,000 MT.
  • A subsidiary, Evergreen Lithium Recycling Private Limited, reported turnover of ₹3,956.64 lakh and profit after tax of ₹335.90 lakh for FY25, adding to the group's scale.

Risks

  • Operating cash flow was negative ₹4,247.55 lakh in FY25 even though profit after tax was ₹1,892.27 lakh, because more money went into stock and receivables.
  • Inventories rose to ₹5,708.41 lakh and trade receivables to ₹5,627.15 lakh at the end of FY25, which ties up a lot of working capital.
  • Short-term borrowings were ₹3,916.66 lakh at the end of FY25, up from ₹1,904.54 lakh, and finance costs rose to ₹436.70 lakh from ₹189.02 lakh.
  • The share count is very small, so the indicative price of ₹10,35,000 per share is high and trades are thin and hard to match.
  • The company has no DRHP on record and no confirmed listing plan, so there is no certainty that an IPO will happen.
  • Unlisted shares trade off the exchange, so prices are indicative, liquidity is low and there is no exchange-level price discovery.
  • The business depends on pollution control approvals and on a steady supply of e-waste and batteries, so changes in rules or collection volumes can hurt results.
  • The figures used here are standalone and for one year of detail only; the company's growth has been fast and may not continue at the same pace.
