About

About Hella Infra Market

Hella Infra Market Limited, better known as Infra.Market, is a building materials company based in Thane, Maharashtra. It was incorporated in 2016 and started with ready-mix concrete, aggregates and construction chemicals. Today it describes itself as a technology-enabled, multi-product platform that supplies materials across the whole life of a construction project. The product range is wide. Structural products include concrete, aggregates, AAC blocks, steel and construction chemicals. Finishing products include tiles, bath fittings, sanitaryware, MDF, plywood, laminates and paints. It also sells lifestyle items such as fans, lights, electrical appliances, modular kitchens and designer hardware. Its customers are contractors, developers and retailers in real estate, construction and infrastructure. On scale, the company's website says it has 283+ manufacturing facilities, of which 163 are owned and 120 are exclusive third-party units, spread across 22 states. It sells through two channels. The business-to-business channel supplies corporate customers directly at site. The business-to-retail channel reaches buyers through 17,256 retail touchpoints, including outlets, dealers, sub-dealers and distributors. It runs a house of brands model with 11 brands, including Infra.Market, RDC, Shalimar Paints, Inicio, Amstrad, Robo, Ultrafine, Millenium, Emcer, Equiphunt and IVAS. The company's history page shows how it grew. It acquired RDC Concrete (India) Limited in 2021, made a strategic investment in Shalimar Paints Limited in 2022, and Shalimar Paints became a subsidiary in 2024 after an open offer. It raised money in several rounds from 2019 onwards, the largest on the site being the Series F round in 2024 at ₹10,490.30 million. The company describes itself as promoter-led and backed by institutional investors. On the IPO front, news reports say Hella Infra Market filed a confidential DRHP with SEBI and received SEBI's go-ahead in January 2026 for a public issue with a fresh issue and an offer for sale. We have not seen a public DRHP with its financials, so this page does not show revenue or profit figures yet. Unlisted shares of a company like this are dealt off-market between private buyers and sellers. Prices are indicative, not exchange prices. IPO Guru currently tracks an indicative price of ₹87,500 per share, as of 10 October 2026, with a lot size of 1 share. This is information only and not a recommendation.

Strengths

  • The company sells across structural, finishing and lifestyle products, so one customer can buy most of a project's materials from it.
  • It has 283+ manufacturing facilities in 22 states, giving it a pan-India supply base.
  • Of those facilities, 163 are owned and 120 are exclusive third-party units, which mixes own capacity with a lighter asset model.
  • Two sales channels, direct B2B supply to corporates and B2R through 17,256 retail touchpoints, reach both project and retail demand.
  • A house of 11 brands, including Shalimar Paints and RDC, lets it sell in several categories under its own names.
  • It has raised large funding rounds, including ₹10,490.30 million in its Series F round in 2024, and has used acquisitions such as RDC Concrete to expand.

Risks

  • No audited financials were available to us from a public source, so revenue growth, margins, debt and cash flow could not be checked for this page.
  • 120 of its 283+ facilities are third-party units, so quality and supply depend partly on partners it does not own.
  • Growth through acquisitions such as RDC Concrete and Shalimar Paints brings integration risk and adds to the number of businesses to manage.
  • Shalimar Paints is a listed subsidiary, so its results and public shareholders matter to the group's paints business.
  • Building materials demand follows real estate and infrastructure spending, which moves with the economic cycle.
  • The company has filed its DRHP confidentially, so detailed risk disclosures are not yet public and may change what investors learn before an IPO.
  • Unlisted shares trade off-market at indicative prices with limited liquidity, and there is no certainty on the timing or terms of an IPO.
