About

About Maverick Simulation Solutions

Maverick Simulation Solutions Limited is a Delhi-based company that makes and sells simulators and instrumentation for medical and healthcare education. Think of training dummies and task trainers on which students practise clinical skills before they touch a real patient. Its annual report shows one reportable business: the sale of such simulators and instruments. The company was incorporated in 2023 and was earlier known as Maverick Simulation Solutions Private Limited. Its registered office is in Dwarka, New Delhi. The numbers moved a lot in one year. On the basis of its FY25 financial statements, revenue from operations was ₹13,630.81 lakh against ₹1,422.23 lakh in FY24. Profit for the year was ₹4,782.09 lakh against ₹94.54 lakh. Basic earnings per share were ₹97.32. These are the company's own figures, taken from its annual report, which states amounts in lakh. The balance sheet grew too. Total assets were ₹16,344.76 lakh on 31 March 2025 and total equity was ₹9,700.16 lakh. Borrowings stood at ₹2,303.25 lakh. A large part of the assets is trade receivables of ₹10,538.90 lakh, and cash flow from operating activities was negative at ₹2,100.10 lakh, so profit has not yet turned into cash. The company is led by Anuj Chahal and Kanika Chahal, who sign the accounts as directors. The annual report also lists transactions with related parties, including sales to Maverick Solutions Inc of ₹861.30 lakh and to Maverick Solutions & Consultancy Pvt Ltd of ₹803.26 lakh in FY25, along with rent and remuneration paid to the directors. Maverick is not listed on any stock exchange. Its shares trade off-market through unlisted-share dealers at indicative prices, which are not exchange prices and can differ from dealer to dealer. IPO Guru shows an indicative price of ₹2,795 per share. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell, and a possible IPO would depend on the company and SEBI.
