These are the numbers in the company's audited accounts. The annual report does not give a consolidated set because there are no subsidiaries. Most sales are in India. Domestic product sales were ₹4,104.58 lakh and export sales were ₹570.69 lakh in FY26. The company says it keeps receiving work orders from its customers. The company is run by the Darira family. Strengths

  • Revenue from operations grew from ₹3,871.29 lakh in FY25 to ₹4,692.51 lakh in FY26, a rise of about 21%.
  • Profit for the year rose from ₹392.81 lakh to ₹491.11 lakh, and EBITDA was ₹991.59 lakh in FY26 against ₹812.39 lakh in FY25.
  • Net worth increased to ₹3,558.20 lakh at 31 March 2026 from ₹3,067.08 lakh a year earlier, with no dividend paid out.
  • Long-term borrowings came down from ₹1,003.06 lakh to ₹647.63 lakh during FY26, and finance costs fell from ₹133.75 lakh to ₹114.34 lakh.
  • Export sales of ₹570.69 lakh in FY26 (₹468.28 lakh in FY25) add some foreign customers to a mainly domestic business.
  • Cash from operations was positive at ₹503.24 lakh in FY26 and ₹828.78 lakh in FY25. The company reports no pending litigation that affects its finances.

Risks

  • The company is small. Revenue from operations of ₹4,692.51 lakh and a bank balance of ₹39.98 lakh leave little cushion if orders slow.
  • Cash from operations fell from ₹828.78 lakh to ₹503.24 lakh in FY26 even as profit rose, because inventories grew by ₹369.30 lakh and receivables by ₹230.11 lakh.
  • Borrowings are still sizeable: long-term borrowings of ₹647.63 lakh and short-term borrowings of ₹797.43 lakh at 31 March 2026. Short-term borrowings rose from ₹544.23 lakh.
  • Management is concentrated in one family. Ravi Bansilal Darira, Sonia Ravi Darira and Gaurav Darira are paid ₹96.00 lakh, ₹30.00 lakh and ₹36.00 lakh respectively, which is a large cost against a profit of ₹491.11 lakh.
  • Employee cost rose from ₹508.83 lakh to ₹711.09 lakh and other expenses from ₹465.96 lakh to ₹705.43 lakh in FY26, so costs are growing faster than revenue.
  • The annual report gives no customer list or product-wise split, so dependence on a few customers cannot be checked from this document.
  • The company has not filed a DRHP linked to this page. The IPO plan is only a statement of intent, with no timeline.
  • Unlisted shares have no exchange price, can be hard to sell, and the indicative price of ₹72 may not match what a buyer or seller actually gets.
