Kalpesh Dhanjibhai Patel serves as the Chairman and Executive Director of the Company and is one of its founding Promoters, having been on the Board of Directors since incorporation. He holds a diploma in electrical engineering from Tolani Foundation Gandhidham Polytechnic, Adipur, and brings with him a prior entrepreneurial background as a partner at Om Enterprises. Alongside his role at the Company, he has also served as a Director on the board of Devnandan Renewable Energy Private Limited for over five years.
With more than three decades of hands-on experience in electrical contracting and electronic products, Kalpesh Patel has built deep expertise in executing both government and private sector projects. His work spans the full spectrum of power infrastructure — from the development, operation, and maintenance of high-voltage transmission lines and substations to underground cable laying — making him a cornerstone of the Company's technical and operational capabilities.
