What is the issue about?

This is a sale by an existing shareholder, so the money does not reach the company. That is the main thing to know about the structure.

The issue is ₹1,200 crore, entirely an offer for sale (OFS). Edelweiss Securities and Investments sells the shares. The company gets no fresh money, as we covered in our IPO opening story.

The price band was ₹1,585–1,665. One lot is 9 shares. At the upper band, one lot costs ₹14,985.

EAAA is an alternative asset manager. It raises money from clients into funds and invests it in real assets and private credit. Its total income was ₹963.76 crore in FY2026. Profit after tax was ₹265.20 crore.

What are the risks in the offer document?

The RHP says variable additional return was ₹290.47 crore in FY2026, about 30% of total income. It depends on fund exits, so it can swing from year to year. The CEO also resigned on 7 June 2026.

Promoters held 95.03% before the issue. They will hold 83.88% after it, as per the RHP.

Axis Capital, Jefferies India, Motilal Oswal and Nuvama are the lead managers.
