What our data shows

J Pan Tubular took about three months, from 10 July to 19 October, to get its observations. This is one of the smaller mainboard issues in the pipeline by share count, and the final size will depend on the price band.

What happens next?

The observations let the company launch the IPO within 12 months. It must first file the RHP, the final offer document, and announce dates and a price band. No date has been set.
