SNVA Traveltech, which runs the online travel platform Travomint, has filed an updated draft prospectus for its IPO. The issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 12.75 crore shares. The company will get no money from it.
As per an Economic Times report on 6 November 2026, the filing is called UDRHP-I. It is a revised version of the draft papers a company first files with SEBI. Companies that file confidentially make it public at this stage, so that investors can read it.
Who sells in the SNVA Traveltech IPO?
Only the two promoters sell. They are Alok Kumar Singh and Vivek Kumar Singh. The shares have a face value of ₹1 each.
The company says in the filing that all proceeds go to the selling shareholders, in proportion to the shares each sells. The size of the issue in rupees is not given in the report. The price band will come only with the red herring prospectus (RHP), the final offer document.
Because the issue is only an OFS, the balance sheet of the company does not change after listing. No new money comes in for growth, debt or expansion. The promoters simply sell part of what they own to public investors.
What does Travomint do?
SNVA Traveltech is an online travel agency. Its main business is air ticket booking. It also sells hotels, airport transfers, travel insurance, car rentals and holiday packages.
Its model is built around cross-border travellers. Bookings come through its website and through concierge teams based in India.
