Upcoming IPOs in November 2026: No Mainboard Issue Dated Yet, 3 Cleared by SEBI

No mainboard IPO has announced dates for November 2026 so far. This guide to upcoming IPOs in November 2026 will change when a company files its final offer document. Three companies have fresh SEBI approval and could launch when they are ready.

Which IPOs have dates in November?

As of 1 November, our calendar shows no dated mainboard issue for the month. One major SME issue is listed. The October rush of big names is over for now.

A date appears only after a company files its red herring prospectus (RHP), the final offer document, and fixes a price band. Check the IPO calendar for the latest.

Which companies have SEBI approval?

SEBI's approval is called "observations issued". It stays valid for 12 months. The table shows the three approvals from the last week of October.

CompanySEBI observationsIssueDates
Ratnadeep Retail27 OctoberFresh issue up to ₹400 crore plus OFSNot announced
Punjab Carbonic29 October95 lakh shares, part fresh, part OFSNot announced
Atomberg30 OctoberFresh issue up to ₹450 crore plus OFSNot announced

Ratnadeep Retail is a supermarket chain with 190 stores in South India. Punjab Carbonic makes liquid CO2 and dry ice. Atomberg makes ceiling fans and other home appliances.

We covered each approval in detail. See our reports on Atomberg's SEBI nod and Ratnadeep Retail's SEBI nod.

What do the approved companies plan?

Ratnadeep Retail plans to use ₹260 crore of its fresh issue to open new stores. Another ₹40 crore is for repaying borrowings. The rest is for general corporate purposes, as per its draft papers.

Atomberg plans to use ₹90 crore of the fresh issue to repay borrowings. Another ₹150 crore is for brand awareness and marketing, and ₹100 crore for research and development, as per an Entrackr report.

Punjab Carbonic has not announced the rupee size of its issue. That comes only with the final offer document. The company also plans new CO2 recovery units and an ethanol plant.

Why can an approved IPO still take months?

SEBI approval only clears the draft papers. The company then picks its timing, files the RHP and fixes a price band. Market mood and investor demand decide when that happens. Atomberg, for example, was reported in July to be preparing a larger offering, and its filing shows a different structure.

What our data shows

The pipeline is full, but approval is not a launch date. Our tracker counts 73 companies that filed draft papers in October. Many approved companies take months to launch.

What happens next

SEBI's next weekly processing report is due on 6 November. Any company that files an RHP will get its own IPO page with price band, lot size and dates. Until then, follow every name on our upcoming mainboard IPO page.

We will write about each IPO as soon as it has dates.
