The upcoming IPOs this week are five mainboard issues dated between 13 and 15 October 2026, and a sixth, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, has been reported for 15 October. HD Fire Protect opens first, on 13 October, then Fusion CX on 14 October. Three more open on 15 October and run to 19 October.

GMP is the grey market premium, an unofficial quote from dealers and not an exchange price. For the last two IPOs we have only the rupee figure. With no price band yet, we cannot work out a percentage.
What is the sixth issue?
Moneycontrol reported on 11 October that Bonfiglioli Transmissions has filed its red herring prospectus, the final offer document, and will open on 15 October. It closes on 19 October and is due to list on 23 October. The price band is to be announced on 12 October. The issue is a pure sale of 4.32 crore shares by its Italian parent. What closes and lists this week?
HD Fire Protect closes on 15 October, with allotment on 16 October and listing on 21 October. Fusion CX closes on 16 October, with allotment on 19 October and listing on 22 October. No mainboard IPO lists in the week of 12 October.
Among SMEs, Ravita Engineering Services opens on 13 October with a ₹116.05 crore fresh issue at ₹105-112 a share. One more small SME issue opens the same day.
What our data shows
Of the 100 mainboard IPOs listed in 2026, 66 opened above their issue price, and the median listing gain is 6.92%. At ₹712.31 crore HD Fire Protect is the 39th largest of 99 mainboard IPOs this year, and Fusion CX at ₹702 crore is 40th. On the last 10 mainboard listings, the final GMP was off by 11 percentage points on average. It overstated the gain five times and understated it five times. HD Fire Protect's GMP has stayed between ₹63 and ₹80 since 7 October.
