What the company does
Zetwerk Manufacturing Business runs a managed marketplace that links industrial and consumer companies with manufacturing partners. It earns from design, supplier matching, quality control and logistics rather than owning most of the factories. The company says it served 1,802 customers in FY2026, 1,613 of them in India.
The numbers behind the issue
Total income was ₹16,100.63 crore in FY2026 against ₹11,492.23 crore in FY2025, up about 40%. But the company made a loss after tax of ₹1,606.17 crore in FY2026, after a loss of ₹370.71 crore the year before. The three months to 30 June 2026 added a further loss of ₹732.98 crore. Because earnings are negative, a price-to-earnings multiple cannot be worked out at the upper band.
Of the proceeds, ₹1,300 crore and ₹860 crore are listed for repaying borrowings, and a part is for unidentified acquisitions. Promoter holding falls from 15.86% before the issue to 11.36% after it.
