Detailed review

What the analyst reports say, grouped by the question you're likely asking.

General review

Nityas Gems and Jewellery designs, makes and sells lab-grown diamond jewellery, mainly to retailers and wholesalers, with a small D2C arm of 10 stores. Revenue rose from about ₹54 crore in FY24 to ₹203 crore in FY26, and profit reached ₹22 crore. Coverage is thin at three notes, split three ways: one said subscribe, one advised caution and one said avoid.

Listing gains

At ₹75 the notes put the issue at 13.6 to about 19 times FY26 earnings, on a market cap near ₹432 crore. The figures differ because of the earnings basis, pre-issue versus post-issue. Listed peers one note cites trade at about 14, 16 and 23 times. With views split across subscribe, caution and avoid, the notes point only to a moderate listing.

Short-term strategy

The whole ₹108 crore is a fresh issue for working capital and general corporate purposes. The notes show operating cash flow negative in each of the last three years, about ₹15 crore out in FY26, as inventory climbed to ₹64 crore. Working capital needs rose from about ₹7 crore to ₹45 crore over two years. With the notes split, they give no firm near-term call.

Long-term strategy

The notes credit an integrated model: over 32,000 in-house designs, a Surat plant of 360 kg a year, and B2B customers up from 74 to 323 in two years. Key risks are concentration: top 10 suppliers made up 86.2% of FY26 purchases, top 10 customers 55.5% of revenue and five states 85%. The cautious note is wary for the long term because of negative cash flow.
