About Online Instruments (India)

Online Instruments (India) Limited is a Bengaluru company that provides audiovisual systems integration (AVSI) solutions. These solutions are sold under the Online Instruments and Level 3 Audiovisual brands. Customers include enterprise, healthcare, banking, manufacturing, retail and education clients, and airports.

The company also has an AV Products business under the LOGIC brand. It makes interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs), and sells LED display products and audiovisual accessories. These are sold through distributors, mainly two national distributors in India. Since November 2025 it also makes white-labelled IFPDs for other brand owners, which it calls its EMS business. A commercial lighting business under the Orange Plus brand made Rs 16.55 crore of revenue in FY2025.

In the nine months ended 31 December 2025, AVSI gave 72.76% of revenue from operations, AV Products 21.37%, EMS 3.20% and commercial lighting 2.67%. On 29 December 2025 the company bought 100% of Level 3 Audio Visual, LLC, based in Arizona, United States. This takes AVSI work into the United States, Mexico and France. On a proforma basis, revenue from customers outside India was 44.52% of the nine months total, against 8.10% on the restated numbers. The promoters have over 20 years of experience in the audio-visual industry.
