IPO Filings This Week: 4 SEBI Approvals, 2 New DRHPs and 1 Withdrawal

Four companies got SEBI's go-ahead for their IPOs this week, and one pulled its draft papers back. Two more companies filed fresh DRHPs, the draft papers a company files with SEBI before an IPO. IPO filings this week, up to 31 October 2026, show a busy SEBI desk.

Which companies got SEBI approval?

SEBI's weekly processing report, as on 30 October, lists four companies under "observations issued". This is the approval. Each company can now launch its IPO within 12 months.

Atomberg Technologies30 OctoberFresh issue of ₹450 crore plus OFS of 7.65 crore sharesICICI Securities

Atomberg is backed by Temasek and A91 Partners. Its existing investors will sell in the OFS, as per a Moneycontrol report. Ratnadeep Retail is a supermarket chain with 190 stores across South India.

Atomberg and Ratnadeep may each raise money from a pre-IPO placement first. That amount is then cut from the fresh issue. For Atomberg it can be up to ₹90 crore, and for Ratnadeep up to ₹80 crore. We covered the first two in our SEBI queue report.

Who filed draft papers?

Electromech Infraprojects announced its DRHP on 26 October. The IPO is a fresh issue of up to ₹326 crore plus an OFS of up to 18.91 lakh shares. The company builds mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, mostly for data centres.

Its order book was ₹829.72 crore on 31 March 2026, with data centres the biggest part. For the year to March 2026, it reported revenue of ₹427.05 crore and profit after tax of ₹36.19 crore, as per CNBC-TV18.

GAMP Services, based in Vadodara, appeared on SEBI's filing list. Its DRHP is dated 18 October. It proposes a fresh issue of up to 31.935 lakh shares and an OFS of up to 15 lakh shares. The price is not yet fixed.

Carlsberg India filed an updated DRHP (UDRHP) for 8.64 crore shares, entirely an OFS. We wrote about it earlier in this report.

Who withdrew?

WOG Technologies withdrew its IPO draft papers on 30 October. It had filed them with SEBI on 29 December 2025. SEBI's report does not give a reason.

Separately, SEBI is holding its observations on Inox Clean Energy in abeyance. The company filed on 1 October. This means SEBI has paused its review.

What our data shows

Our tracker counts 73 companies that filed draft papers this month. That is a busy pipeline, and most of these names are still waiting for SEBI. Approval does not fix a launch date.

What happens next

Approved companies must file a red herring prospectus before they open for bids. SEBI's next weekly report is due on 6 November. Track every upcoming issue on our upcoming mainboard IPO page. The official list is on the SEBI processing status page.
