In an OFS, the selling shareholders get the money, not the company. The sellers named in the report are promoters Navneet Singh and Sameer Bansal, along with some other investors.
The company plans to use the fresh money for working capital and to repay some borrowings. Emkay Global Financial Services and Systematix Corporate Services are the lead managers. Bigshare Services is the registrar.
What does the company do?
Yogiji Digi makes machines that steel companies use to process flat steel. These include cold rolling mills, coating lines and slitting lines. It runs three plants at Palwal in Haryana.
Per the DRHP numbers on our Yogiji Digi unlisted share page, revenue was ₹626 crore in FY26. It was ₹480 crore in FY25. Profit after tax in FY26 was about ₹40 crore.
What our data shows
The unlisted quote on our page was ₹288 on 5 November. The placement price of ₹216 is lower. Unlisted prices are dealer quotes and not exchange prices, so the two are not directly comparable.
The issue price of the IPO will be set later, after SEBI approval and the price band announcement. The DRHP has no price band yet.
What happens next
SEBI has to give its observations on the draft papers before the company can launch the IPO. The company then files the final offer document and announces dates. We list such names on our upcoming mainboard IPO page, and track dealer prices on the pre-IPO shares page.
