Strengths & risks
Drawn from the offer document — the case for and against, side by side.
Strengths · 8
- 01Sales have grown very fast, from Rs 1,389.24 crore in FY2024 to Rs 2,378.53 crore in FY2025 and Rs 3,404.27 crore in FY2026.
- 02EBITDA has almost tripled over the same period, from Rs 328.70 crore to Rs 968.92 crore.
- 03The most recent quarter is much stronger than the year before. Profit after tax was Rs 173.80 crore in the three months to 30 June 2026 against Rs 67.15 crore in the same quarter a year earlier.
- 04The issue is priced at about 8.61 times earnings on an EPS of Rs 3.95, which is low for a company growing at this rate.
- 05The user base is very large at 140.28 million registered users, with 48 financial partners integrated into the platform.
- 06It has broadened beyond personal loans into insurance, credit cards, digital gold, payments and earned wage access, so it is not dependent on one product.
- 07Net worth is substantial at Rs 2,415.20 crore as on 30 June 2026.
- 08The technology led, unassisted model keeps the cost of serving each customer low compared with branch based lending.
Risks · 8
- 01Borrowing is very large and growing fast, from Rs 1,708.92 crore in FY2024 to Rs 5,157.04 crore in FY2026 and Rs 5,484.76 crore by 30 June 2026, against a net worth of Rs 2,415.20 crore.
- 02Return on net worth is only 9.67%, which is modest for a lender carrying this much leverage.
- 03There is no controlling promoter. Promoter holding is only 23.96% before the issue and falls to 20.33% after it.
- 04Rs 325 crore of the issue funds loan growth under default loss guarantee arrangements. Under these the company absorbs the first loss on loans it arranges, so the credit risk stays with it and growth keeps consuming capital.
- 05Unsecured personal lending is the most cyclical part of credit. Defaults rise quickly when household incomes come under pressure, and this segment has no collateral to fall back on.
- 06Digital lending is closely regulated and the rules, including those on default loss guarantees, have changed more than once in recent years.
- 07This is a fresh issue combined with an offer for sale, so a part of the money goes to the selling shareholders and not to the company.
- 08Total assets have more than doubled in two years to Rs 8,641.89 crore, and a loan book that grows this fast has not yet been tested through a full credit cycle.

Valuation & key ratios
Ratios are for the latest full financial year reported in the Moneyview RHP. EPS and P/E are post-issue — the table below carries the pre-issue comparison.
Moneyview IPO Valuation
How the issue prices the company before and after the fresh shares are created.
| Valuation Metric | Pre-Issue | Post-Issue |
|---|---|---|
| EPS (₹) | ₹1.58 | ₹3.95 |
| P/E Ratio (x) | 21.52 | 8.61 |
| Market Cap at Offer Price (₹ Cr) | ₹3,740.00 | ₹5,984.79 |
Pre-issue figures use the shareholding reported in the RHP; post-issue figures use the shareholding once the fresh issue has created new shares. The two differ because of that dilution and because post-issue earnings per share are often annualised, so the change can run in either direction. Market capitalisation is calculated at the ₹34 offer price. Compare the post-issue P/E against listed peers before deciding — a premium there is growth you are paying for in advance.
Where the money goes
₹575.00 Cr of the issue is earmarked to named objects.
Moneyview IPO Anchor Investors
20 anchor investors across 12 fund houses committed ₹327.51 Cr a day before the issue opened.
Anchor investors bid a day before the issue opens and are locked in after allotment, so a book weighted towards domestic mutual funds is generally read as a stronger signal than one filled by short-horizon funds. Browse every anchor investor scheme or fund house we track.
About the company
The platform works as a two-sided network. On one side are users looking for financial products, and on the other are banks, non-banking finance companies, insurers and other institutions offering them. The company sits in between, using data analytics and technology to judge creditworthiness and give quick loan decisions. As on 30 June 2026 it had 140.28 million registered users and 48 financial partners connected to the network.
It describes its focus as serving the credit needs of middle India, meaning borrowers who are not well served by traditional banks. It has widened beyond lending into insurance, credit cards, digital gold, payments and earned wage access, which lets an employee draw part of a salary already earned before payday. Its operating model is technology and AI led, with an unassisted user journey, so a customer completes the process without a branch or an agent.
